Church in Wales - St. Peter's Church - Bryngwyn, Raglan

This medium dark oak board with gold lettering was produced for a church benefactor currently living in Bristol but with a long association with this Welsh church.
Nearly fifty names displayed in Roman print go back nearly 800 years and includes the most recent incumbent who began in 2005.
There is sufficient space remaining to include the next 100 years after which the lettering may well need renewal.

This incumbents name board measures 1200mm high x 600mm wide.
The oak frame was moulded to shape by us, it is quite a light weight and narrow profile suiting this board.
We make many other types of framing in-house, please have a look,
you may see something that appeals to you in another section.

Types of Borders & Frames

This incumbents board has a relatively simple moulded oak frame
Physical frames are sometimes stucturally necessary but are not always required.
The purpose of a frame is sometimes to do nothing more than
act as a border that restrains the viewer's eye from wandering and focuses their attention
on the information contained within the frame, a simple gold borderline can function as a frame.
