Cranbrook School in Kent, Heads of House & House Captains
We produced three boards for Cranbrook School listing heads of house an house captains.
To differentiate between students and teachers names two font styles in different colours, burgundy and black, were used
which sounds like things could look a bit of a mess, but I think that a pleasing balance was achieved,
what do you think?
The school crests were printed using the dye sublimation method.
We consider this to be the best alternative to hand painting in terms of cost effectiveness.
Hand painted logos and crest will last the longest, they will remain light fast and fade resistant for
50 to 100 years but can cost as much as ten times that of a dye sublimation print, which should also remain fade free for 40 to 70 years.
Self adhesive digital prints are a poor and short term alternative even if the best materials are used and the crest is laminated.
